Cheap but a hassle Booked two rooms with 2 double beds for our stay. When we arrived we were told that they had given away our reservation. After a bit of back and forth they were finally able to find a room for us. Was fine until the next day they came knocking on the door asking if we wanted to stay another night, for whatever reason they didn’t see that our booking was for two nights. They were aware of problems and still booked it. We are senior citizens from Florida visiting our super senior 91 year old mother at Harris Hospital in Fort Worth due to a severe pneumonia. Made reservations on line and arrived in early evening to check in. Two lady’s at the check-in desk tended to us, assigning us room 110, which has two twin beds. Upon opening the door we were hit with an awful smell, like a dirty rug in a Uhaul storage place. So went back to registration desk to address this problem. They gave us a potato... read more

The 1st room we were given had not even been cleaned. The 2nd was not very clean either. We will not be staying there again. The receptionist was very rude.

Where to start: My room was not set for a guest, there were no blankets nor towels in the room and the reception didn’t picks up to ask for help. There was. No. Hot water coming out from the shower, I complain about it was promised to be fixed and didn’t, they offer me to change me to another room but that room didn’t have heater nor air conditioning and Dallas was at 19 degrees so I didn't move.
