The 1st room we were given had not even been cleaned. The 2nd was not very clean either. We will not be staying there again. The receptionist was very rude.

Where to start: My room was not set for a guest, there were no blankets nor towels in the room and the reception didn’t picks up to ask for help. There was. No. Hot water coming out from the shower, I complain about it was promised to be fixed and didn’t, they offer me to change me to another room but that room didn’t have heater nor air conditioning and Dallas was at 19 degrees so I didn't move. Stay somewhere else Front desk staff is less than helpful and openly unenthusiastic about doing their job. If you do stay here, God help you, at least get a room facing the river and not the parking garage or you won’t get sleep.
