They had my room switched with another guest and they came in my room when I was sleep.

It was the noisiest room I've ever stayed in.. You could hear the people next to me on both sides. And the people above me also. Very tight room. Would not recommend.

I didn't like that the door was difficult to open and there were multiple bugs in my room. The staff was very kind though.

Hair all over the bathroom counter and in shower tub, and cockroaches in the room. Have pictures of both things!

Bad encounter Room was not clean; live cockroaches and dead spiders; totally horrendous. How you expect your guests to stay and have a good night sleep without worrying bugs crawling all over you?
