Horrible Experience!!! Put into a room that was less than what we booked, not enough room for the family and it had not been cleaned. The bed was made but the sheets had not been changed.

Not impressed with the room. Wire shelving instead of wood shelves. A curtain for a closet door. Not enough room to really fit a table to sit at in the kitchen area. A wall bath cabinet instead off a counter top to put your toiletries. Worst of all - bed bugs! Both my daughter and I had several bug bites the next day and my daughter had an allergic reaction to the bites. We'll not be staying at this hotel chain again.

Nice staff, hotel lacks comfort entirelu The room was nicely kept and clean but extremely hot. The window unit did not work, and the room was extremely muggy, smelled musky, and not at all comfortable. The only option the staff gave us was to open the windows to allow fresh air in and that they would call a tech in the morning to fix the unit. The window opening didn’t allow enough cool air in to make the room more comfortable, so we ended up leaving at 9PM and driving three hours home to sleep in the comforts of our own.

BAD TIME at EXTENDED STAY FT.WOTH Medical TERRIBLE place ! no ice on property , $5.00 extra per day for service (bed made ,fresh bath linen). Dog feces at door way .,great smell coming in room ! garbage truck at 5 am ! Could barely get pull for shower to come up .pillows like rocks .air freshener of some kind in disk form on ac unit .NEVER AGAIN WILL I STAY OR , RECOMMEND THIS PLACE !!!!!!

Stay someplace else if you can! ROACHES We had requested a top floor room. Manager told us none were available. Rooms online show spacious suites, this was not true. It had no coffee pot, kitchen cooking utensils, pots, pans, towels. You can request and pay extra for them. The bathroom was dirty and roaches were in the tub. Dirty towels, no hair dryer.
