The room was dirty and not taken care of. They gave us a coffee pot to take to the room. It was in a plastic bag but it was dirty too. The bed was horrible, sheets were wrinkled, not sure if the were clean. No one would want to cook on the hot plate. Never again will I stay in one of these hotels! I couldn’t get out of that room fast enough the next morning. And believe me, I will pass the word. Paid too much for a dump.

Not So Good Our room was changed from the one we booked. We booked a suite with a queen bed and sofa bed due to the fact that we have an infant that ends up in bed with us and we needed a bigger bed. We were given a room with two double beds. When we asked about the change in room we were told that he Manager changed it to accommodate the number of people we had. Although, the location of this hotel is very convenient to accessing a lot of places around. I must say, This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The heater in room did not work!! It blew out cold air when turned on. I couldn’t sleep due to the coldness in my room and lack of means to regulate the temperature. Also the phone in my room did not work. Close to highway, TCU, West 7th, downtown, trinity trails. Location is good. However, the property condition is really in bad shape. Rooms/bathrooms are horrible. Will never stay again here.
