I was told hours before checking in that my hotel had been switched to a location farther from my interview.

Customer beware, stay at your own risk!!! Friendly staff, the room was unclean, carpet was dirty, I checked the AC filter and it was dirty and top of all of that the room had bed bugs and we were moved to another room in the middle of the night around the corner of the complex.

Bring air freshener Clearly this hotel used to allow smoking. The room smelled awful. I won’t be back.

No Rooms Reserved 3 rooms. Got to the hotel and all they had was 1 room even though we had a confirmation for 3 rooms. They were sold out and could not find any other rooms close to our activity. Would not recommend this place.

Older Hotel Our room was next to a parking garage and needless to say it was noisy most of the night. When we turned on the heater in the room it had a burning smell which caused the smoke alarm to go off. The cook stove had rust on the top and the list goes on. Not impressed with the hotel.

Horrible Experience!!! Put into a room that was less than what we booked, not enough room for the family and it had not been cleaned. The bed was made but the sheets had not been changed.

Not impressed with the room. Wire shelving instead of wood shelves. A curtain for a closet door. Not enough room to really fit a table to sit at in the kitchen area. A wall bath cabinet instead off a counter top to put your toiletries. Worst of all - bed bugs! Both my daughter and I had several bug bites the next day and my daughter had an allergic reaction to the bites. We'll not be staying at this hotel chain again.

Nice staff, hotel lacks comfort entirelu The room was nicely kept and clean but extremely hot. The window unit did not work, and the room was extremely muggy, smelled musky, and not at all comfortable. The only option the staff gave us was to open the windows to allow fresh air in and that they would call a tech in the morning to fix the unit. The window opening didn’t allow enough cool air in to make the room more comfortable, so we ended up leaving at 9PM and driving three hours home to sleep in the comforts of our own.
