Rooms smelled of smoke and the room was poor quality

Very Dirty There was mold in the shower, hair stuck on the walls by the bed, crumbs everywhere, I had to physically take my towels to the front desk

Worst hotel room ever Our room was not ready. We waited 45 mins, the man kept saying it wouldn't be ready due to a late check out. We were given two separate rooms down stairs but the one room was next to the lobby and it was very loud. We could hear doors and staff talking. So we asked for 2 rooms next to each other, then we were moved upstairs. The lobby & rooms were dusty, both shower faucets were broken. The pillows were uncomfortable & felt like they plastic inside. None of us got any sleep.

My friend and I stayed for a high school reunion in town. I used a card to hold the room when booking (website said card will not be run) and my friend paid with her card when she checked in. My card was run anyway... and so was hers. Rooms are old and outdated and cramped. I am fairly certain a meth dealer was next door to us (I saw him in the morning).
