BAD TIME at EXTENDED STAY FT.WOTH Medical TERRIBLE place ! no ice on property , $5.00 extra per day for service (bed made ,fresh bath linen). Dog feces at door way .,great smell coming in room ! garbage truck at 5 am ! Could barely get pull for shower to come up .pillows like rocks .air freshener of some kind in disk form on ac unit .NEVER AGAIN WILL I STAY OR , RECOMMEND THIS PLACE !!!!!!

Stay someplace else if you can! ROACHES We had requested a top floor room. Manager told us none were available. Rooms online show spacious suites, this was not true. It had no coffee pot, kitchen cooking utensils, pots, pans, towels. You can request and pay extra for them. The bathroom was dirty and roaches were in the tub. Dirty towels, no hair dryer. Quality of service They changed my reservation to single room instead of 2 double bed claiming their server was broken when I booked my reservation a month ago.

Reservation Musical Chairs We had our reservation canceled 1/2 hour before flight was taking off!!!!! So, we didn't stay there. We were sent to a sister hotel and they didn't have a reservation for us either after we confirmed this change by phone!!!! the Desk clerk at the Overton Ridge facility Steve was very professional with our situation and got us a room there finally.

Only stay here if you can handle smoke smells No coffee pot or any "extended stay" features because we were only staying 2 nights. When we checked in, we signed an agreement to pay $250 if we smoked in the room. (Neither of us smokes). The first room we received smelled so smoky neither of us could breathe and we were concerned we'd be charged the $250 fine. Terrible experience. Hotel is pretty expensive for what they offer. I requested housekeeping, I was charge an additional amount, because housekeeping is weekly only, and never was done.
