Terrible staff and dirty.

SHowed up at 9:30pm the day of arrival and was told no rooms available. Staff showed a screen that showed all rooms were not clean. They sent me packing. No call, no email, no options.

We have stayed here many times, this time at check in rooms were not ready, then the 1st room assigned That was supposed to be non-smoking spunk so bad you couldn't even stay inside of it. They tried to give us another room only to find out it wasn't ready either. I was told by the desk clerk refund would be arranged Monday a week later after talking to the clerk and the manager I still do not have my refund

Disappointed The stay was not great. There were spiderwebs underneath the bed and the room was dirty. The lobby didn’t have breakfast in the morning.

When we checked in a lady with three large dogs was in the lobby. One of the animals had relieved itself by the door. The room we were given had not been cleaned properly. Trash receptacles by the stairs were overflowing and were not emptied for a couple of days. A strange smell was in the parking area. I know what it was. Not a place for your family peeps. Extremely old and outdated.

Check in was pretty smooth but that was about it , the front desk staff was helpful and friendly except later at night really hard to find someone and your room key doesn’t work . Stayed here from March 20-24 and every day I had to go to front desk to get my key to work. You only get two flat pillows per bed , and asking for more they have none ….. no amenities either …. Except used ones …. Toilet paper you get one roll so use it wisely…… there’s a kitchen in the room but no big trashcan…… from the moment you walk in you sme... read more

Worst Ever Motel Experience They did not fulfill my reservation of a downstairs room. They tried to assign us to one but it did not have a door lock, bed linens were soiled, black mold on side of mattress and one tiny pillow. They then put us in an upstairs room. It is difficult for me to climb stairs. At least it appeared clean. We had to go purchase pillows and a blanket because all we had were 2 tiny pillows and a sheet. Ugh!
