Do not stay here!! It's gross. This stay was literally the worst experience. I usually let stuff slide but I just couldn't this time. The medicine cabinets is disgusting with bug guts and grime. It clearly hasn't been cleaned for a very long time. The room wasn't ready almost 3 hours after check in time. The room was filthy with dirty floors. the sinks weren't cleaned with visible grime from previous use. The microwave didn't work I had to adjust the toilet to fill the bowl with water after every use. The drawers were disgus... read more

Great location and price, deteriorating condition Location is wonderful, Easy access to both the cultural district and TCU. Right next to the river and an easy walk to good restaurants. We’ve stayed here 3 or 4 times in the past five years because of the good value and location. However, management of the facility isn’t keeping up maintenance, each visit things are a little less nice. Area in FW was nice, but hotel was very loud and very dated.

I booked a deluxe studio with a sofa, but got a room without a sofa. The room smelled like cigarette smoke, the bed was old and uncomfortable, the fridge was turned to the coldest setting but didn't keep anything remotely cold, breakfast was virtually non-existent, the kitchen is completely bare, the bathroom door opens into the kitchen, and there was no hot water for showering. Never again The 1st room had no door on the bathroom. NO PRIVACY! 2nd room had not light fixture had to bath by lamp. STOVE was terrible in both room for cleanliness. Over all a nasty experience WILL NEVER STAY AT AN EXTENDED STAY AGAIN!
