We have traveled quite extensively in this country and around the world. Perhaps we have been spoiled. Each place we have stayed has supplied soap, shampoo, some even made hair driers available. ALL of them actually had hangers in the closets.The Extended Stay America hotel had NONE of these items. We were in the area for a wedding so had gowns and dress clothes,so yes we did need to hang items in the closet. I was told that there was only one housekeeper on shift si the rooma were not all cleaned, i received a handi-cap room although i am not handi-cap.bit i dealt with the situation, i would stay at this hotel.again, i would just have to ensure the bathroom is cleaned.

Room review The room is equipped with the stove but there is no pots or utensils at all. It is useless for us. There is no coffee maker in the room.
