I liked the kitchen and the cleanliness in the room. Didn't have enough hangers in closet nor enough wash clothes and towels

I was told that there was only one housekeeper on shift si the rooma were not all cleaned, i received a handi-cap room although i am not handi-cap.bit i dealt with the situation, i would stay at this hotel.again, i would just have to ensure the bathroom is cleaned.

First room was filthy. The entire hotel smelt of stale cigarette smoke. Alarm clock didn't work. No plugs near beds to charge phones.

We have traveled quite extensively in this country and around the world. Perhaps we have been spoiled. Each place we have stayed has supplied soap, shampoo, some even made hair driers available. ALL of them actually had hangers in the closets.The Extended Stay America hotel had NONE of these items. We were in the area for a wedding so had gowns and dress clothes,so yes we did need to hang items in the closet.
