No one was ever at the front desk nor would they pick up the phone. The toilet locks itself to not be used if you accidentally flush twice. (No staff was able to help with that) the room wasn’t presentable.

There was no hot water

NEVER AGAIN I have NEVER EVER experience anything like this EVER, Bed was so uncomfortable, I now have side and back pain. The so called breakfast grab and Go was TERRIBLE- the front of the hotel was filled with beer cans , trash is overflowing

The hotel was booked and they never told us as we had to search for another place to stay. The place smelled like weed!

I tried to check in after the check in time they did not have a room for me I told him I was going to go wait in the car because of the noise in the lobby I asked them to call me in the room is ready they never called so I left and went to a different hotel where I felt safer and where it was cleaner
