It is just not clean. Bad smells as soon as you walk in. dirty floors, dirty surfaces. Just an overall dirty feeling.

Was just looking for a hotel to sleep at for 2 nights while visiting fredrick.very dirty very noisy, people where tailgating in parking lot.saw police presence 3 times,, unexceptable.very disappointing

This place just isn’t a place to stay Upon checking in the service was polite but very slow after some confusion on their part. After finally getting the room keys, boarding the elevator to our floor immediately exiting the elevator my wife, kids, and myself were hit with a very strong marijuana odor. Poor business practice. Booked a room through hotels.com. Got a confirmation. When we got there they said there were no rooms available. Said it’s first come first serve on weekends regardless of booking.
The receptionist kept telling us she saw our reservation but didn’t have a double room. She wouldn’t offer a refund or offer whatever room was available she just kept saying she saw our reservation but didn’t have a double room. We didn’t even want a double in the first place. Then another guest came in and talked over us so the receptionist left to talk with her privately. Cheap ownership and Management We checked in around 10pm and found a group of people drinking in the parking lot. Our room was decent except the half of the lights not working. The hotel lobby and front desk has no AC and the poor front desk clerk told me that it's always like that. Around 2am the room was as hot as a sauna. The AC was blowing out hot air.
