We stay at several extended stay properties. This is the first time there were NO plates, pots or pans OR GLASSES in the kitchen area. The mattress was so hard and the blankets were super thin. When we asked for an additional pillow the front desk said they could not provide. The biggest let down was what they called their 'grab and go' for breakfast. Everything was ill prepared, Stale and just poorly presented. I undestand rustic. This was more like REALLY????

At check in I went to check on my room before leaving out and found that the room was very dirty, I notified the front desk clerk, who then checked me into another room and I again found that the bathroom had not been cleaned, I did this until the forth room was found to be okay, not the best but okay, this is terrible! I have pictures of the uncleaned bathrooms as well

Front desk desk staff annoyed to have to get up. Unwilling to help. TVs don't work etc

What is book is not what you get Booked a queen room. Got there they did not have a queen bed as we had booked. I had to pay an up charge for a smaller bed !!
