When I arrived at the hotel there was no one to check anyone in. A gentleman was had been waiting for an extended period of time. When some one finally showed up, she was very rude. When I got to the room there were no cups -I had to get some from the front desk. Also, there is no ice machine in the building - you have to make ice and wait for it to freeze.

beds are too small for 2 persons to sleep, Beds are too small for 2 persons to sleep, worse breakfast ever ... plan your breakfast outside as there is not even cream or milk for your coffee...

Its Ok if you Really need a room Check in line was long and only one person behind the counter. When I went up to my room it was hot and muggy. It was about 87 degrees outside, the windows were open and the A/C was off. I went about town with friends for lunch, shopping and dinner. I returned to my room, went to bed. When I woke up I wanted a glass of water but there was absolutely nothing to put water in. Will Not Return Carpet was torn up in our room. We were placed next to a mechical service room so some type of generator kicked on at 4:30 in the morning. The A/C unit was extremely loud. Pillows were awful, bed was hard as a rock. Would not stay here again.

Never again...... This place was a disaster from the minute we walked in and only got worse. At check in there was no person at desk to help or bell to ring for over 10 minutes, she was in back office on phone. We were given a smoking room after requesting non smoking and had to have room changed. My wife has allergies and we had to ask for non feather pillows and were told they don't provide them which we knew was not true. Not happy Hotel smells like smoke,room does. It have soap and is dirty. Check into the room half a bottle of shampoo on the tub. Sheets looked like someone else was sleeping in the room. My mom drove from Florida to Maryland and did not get into midnight if it was not for that never would of stayed. Hotel looks very nice on the outside area is nice but hotel was horrible.
