The room that Expedia advertised was NOT even a room available on the premise. I spent 90 minutes on the phone with Expedia customer service, to get no where. The on duty supervisor at the hotel talked in detail with Expedia, and explained that the hotel had been advertised incorrectly on Expedia. What I paid for, was NOT available AT ALL. The room advertised does not exist on this property. I was promised a credit of $200 to my Expedia account. I have not seen the credit yet. Absolutely Disgusting! The hotel hallway and room smelt of fried fish and smoke. The room was horrendous.

They black listed me for no reason

Reservation Not Honored Went to the hotel to check in and was told that there was no room available and that I would have to get a refund from Hotel.com. Damn it.

Property was very nice from outside. Inside it was depressing. Everything was variations of Brown's but the white bed cover. Cheap furniture, Mirror was dirty,used soap in sink, one towel,no lightbulb in a lamp, dirty faucets. We changed rooms with that one barely passable. It was late and to tired to go any where else. The breakfast was terrible. Packaged muffin, no fruit, juice or anything healthy but packaged oatmeal and hit water. The desk person wasn't friendly or surprised with our displeasure. Didn’t like how in room 101 the tv was broken. We had to switch to 116, get to 116 and there wasn’t a remote staff made us to get the one from 101. The WiFi wasn’t connecting so we couldn’t watch Netflix.
