Disappointing. This was a two night stop, upon arriving late the first night check-in was easy, but when we arrived to the room it was a King bed with a sleeper sofa, the sleeper sofa mattress was disgustingly dirty, no sheets or other extra linens were provided. We went down to the desk, it was past midnight and asked for additional linens and toilet paper because there was no toilet paper in the room either, and was told that no linens were available until the morning, very disappointing. Stayed 2 nights there and both days I saw cockroaches over the stove and in the bathroom. So disgusting wouldn’t stay here again.

One of the dirtiest extended america hotels i’ve stayed at, the room is super smelly and bathroom wall had brown spots everywhere.

No shampoo in the shower, no bed sheets no proper breakfast.

Won’t stay here again… Not filthy, but definitely not clean…

First off, the pool was closed - booked for pool and there was no notice before booking. There is a $100 card only deposit, not noted before booking. The buildings don't lock, the hallways reek! The rooms are absolute bare bones. No shampoo, soap, no phone, AC doesnt work (110 degrees today), no ice machine. Beds are uncomfortable, theres a hole in the floor that gives under weight. Room pics are not what we were given.
