I had room 412, which had a strong smell of mould, and a hole in the bathroom ceiling. I tried to push through my 5 day stay, and ended up leaving after 3 nights of getting progressively more sick. Hopefully the owners will follow and fix the mould problems in this room.

Roaches in towels and bathroom couldn’t even use the bathroom

We chose this location because of a business meeting and requires us to stay several nights. It was critical we had access to a kitchen. Everything worked except the stove. We made several attempts to have them fixed. With every use the produces smoke. Finally I took the time to clean the surface and that fixed it. Disappointing

Would not recommend Checked in to find a lizard or similar creature in our room. We were asked to remove it which we declined so staff came in with dustpan and brush, saw size of creature and walked out telling us to get our things and meet at reception so could change room. Second room had not been cleaned. Dusty and dirty flooring and hairs all over bath. We did not even stay the one night and immediately asked to check out. Checking out was no hassle and we got full refund.

My original plan to stay at this hotel for 7 days. I decided to check out after two days. Our room was not swept, bathroom sink were dirty found hair so as the bathroom floor. Tv remote was missing in action the first night till the second day that we checked out. Staff weren't aware of where things were because they are from different site. I even ask for a broom so I could sweep our room but they didn't know where its located. Badly Manage.

Been there for 5 days ,housekeepers never cleaned room and never changed the towels everything was dirty

The bathtub was dirty . Had a hoke in bath tub, water pressure was terrible, hot water took forever to come, u can hear people talking in next room , brekfast was really cheap . Will never go tgere .
