Major noise form highway didn’t let me sleep

Loud, unclean, unsafe I checked in late Tuesday night and checked out at 4am the following day, even though check out was at 11am. I couldn't get any sleep because of how uncomfortable and unsafe I felt throughout the night. It was very loud outside in the parking lot.Sounds of people shouting, drunk loud noise and homeless individuals lingering around the hotel. When we arrived we were told “if you want to cancel it’s ok our pool and elevators are down” right off the batt it was horrible I asked for a compensation for hey said no. I will never stay there again. And shame on Expedia for not making their customers aware of the limited services. We traveled with a child and it made it horrible!
