I booked this off Expedia I was not aware of $100 deposit not mentioned in my itinerary. When asked the front desk said if you want you can go to muddy facility. Got a room in building b 516 but front desk wrote 376 we are on a time had to back and forth front desk staff laughed said it’s 516. No Yoel for shower was provided called operator they asked to pick it up no room service provided. It says breakfast available only instant oatmeal and muffin was Availability. There really is no breakfast to speak of Extended Stay's own website advertises a free breakfast. The breakfast consists of coffee, miniature muffins and one type of granola bars. No juice, milk, or even bottled water. You get coffee to drink and that is is. Not even cheap generic cold cereal is offered. This hotels looks nice in the photos but service is very poor. Unprofessionally managed. Avoid staying there. For the same price or $10 more you will find plenty places nearby with adequate service and accommodation.

Not worth the money. Check-in was smooth sailing. Staff was pleasant and nice to work with. Upon entering the building I noticed the hallway smelled weird like a wet dog and it wasn't as cleanly on the floor. When my aunt and I got to the room and opened it we both noticed it smelled strongly of chemicals like bleach or another cleaner. The smell was very strong and caused use to get headaches. This is a another version motel 6 The counter staff is very rude, not helpful at all. Have to wait a long period of time for bedding and towels. The back door does not lock at all, saw homelessness ppl roaming the halls. The back of the hotel is filthy and trash everywhere. There’s abandoned cars in the parking lot. Some ppl that are occupying their rooms looks homeless.

Worst stay ever I upgraded my room to a larger room , up on entering my room I was missing my bed sheets and blankets. I was told I had to wait until 10:30,pm to get my sh yes and blankets . I had to wake up at 3 am to go to work, therefore this was a huge inconvenience to me because I can not sleep on a bed that was missing my sheets and beds. We stayed here 3 nights under 2 separate reservations. Refrigerator did not work and took 24 hours to replace. I had insulin to be refrigerated. Pet hair on sofa and was not cleaned. Needed a garbage
