The room had a pet smell horrible then i switched to another room it had a bad smoke cigarette smell

MY ROOM WAS NOT CLEAN, ALARM WAS LOOSE IN CEILING, AND THE BATHTUB WAS DIRTY AND FULL OF HAIR, AND THE REFRIGERATOR TOO

Lady front desk 3PM july 31 with green eyes super rude she was like ur room not ready n i don't have room 4 u u need 2 wait 45 minutes people complaining n switching rooms Poeple complaining about toilet paper forks door lock not opennings cards key not working gym closed pool closed .. this place is disastrous worst of the worst by far young kid in morning n young lady too on August 1st were totaly super nice polite . But that lady needs to go Room on top of mine jumping all night all morning

Don't Do It! When I checked in I had luggage and there was only one cart which I had to walk back from 2 buildings on the 3rd floor or else I would lose my license....Checking out no cart w/ a non-working elevator...I was charged 100 for a deposit without any prior warning....Promised breakfast only to arrive at 9:03 to find nothing saying I was too late when I was told breakfast is until 9:30...No ice bucket or ice machine anywhere to be found...This place was a nightmare

The shower head is not working so we need to shower somewhere else. And it was too noisy from other rooms specially the one on top.

The bed was very uncomfortable I got bit up all over my body and had no hot water tried taking a shower before I went to bed and when I got up still no hot water
