Worst experience I ever had staying in this hotel very dirty and and the front desk Manager was very rude and disrespectful

Rooms were sold out even though I had a reservation. Had to travel to another facility to get a room. Took more than 45 minutes to check in.

Rude and unhelpful The person at the front desk was unhelpful and just straight rude. She was busy talking to someone on the phone and acted like she just wanted us to leave. She didn't even check for my reservations.
