I got there at 330 pm to check in the room was being cleaned. I was able to get into the room at 4 pm and the room was not cleaned yes the sheets and towles were clean but all the seating had crumbs and dog hair everywhere. The smoke Detector kept beeping every few minutes

Customer service lacking They’re computers were down and instead of helping or making a effort simply said get a refund and figure it out at 2am
