Friendly staff, neighbors can be questionable All the staff was great, room was clean and cozy. The only downside was our very loud upstairs neighbors who were stomping around from the time we checked in & throughout our stay. We even called the front desk to ask them to ask our neighbors to be quieter. I think it helped a little. They gave us a later checkout (12pm) so we could rest a little more.

This hotel states it’s a Non-Smoking facility. It obviously was a smoking one at some point. My room still smelled of smoke. As a non-smoker, I’m sensitive to the smell. As you can imagine, I didn’t sleep very well and felt dirty even after showering. To top it off the bathroom sink and counter had red ‘soda’ stains, I wiped down the counter top but couldn’t remove the stain, and found the cleaning service had missed most of the counter by the dirt collected on the cloth.
