The room I got was very dirty and was smelly (smoking). I made a reservation of a 2-twin bedroom but the hotel gave wrong one and it was very nasty. I am not going to go back to this hotel any more.

Business response:

We do not take these concerns lightly, especially with the cleanliness of our hotel, as this is an essential priority. We work hard to provide a clean and comfortable environment; therefore, we regret that this issue compromised your experience. The staff is confrontational and standoffish. After banging on my door at 9:30pm and ringing the phone multiple times, I opened the door to be accused playing loud music and having a bottle. I was there for a mountain bike race that started at 7am. Her accusation was laughable. I opened the door wide to show a room lit by just the tv and only myself with a bottle of WATER inside. No method of loud music available. She persisted. Also, the perm. residence are very loud and disruptive but she left them alone. Dont stay here. I... read more

- Check in was hard. After three sets of keys all failed, the manager changed the batteries in the door's look and the keys still wouldn't work. We could lock ourselves in ok, but could not both of us leave the room at the same time. The manager was very nice and sincerely embarrassed about it all. Later, our tv suddenly went black. She came to our assistance again and finally determined the electrical cable in the back of the tv was loose. She tightened it and the tv went back on. She should be compensated as both head admi... read more

The place was just rundown in the rooms. From the outside they look nice but the inside they were unclean.

Your honest comments will be shared with our team, and we will use them for future improvements. We hope you will revisit the next time you are in the area. Sincerely, Hotel Management

Hotel is unsafe! The smoke detector was missing from the ceiling with exposed wiring dangling from the hole. The door did not seal to floor or door frame and outside people could see into the room. The condition of the door lock was questionable; it was loose and wobbled on the frame. When closed and deadbolted the door would still shift back and forth quite a bit in the door frame. The entire room had a terrible odor of clove cigarettes. Nothing in the room was clean; the floor, especially, was absolutely filthy. The refrig... read more
