NOTHING LIKE WHAT WAS SEEN ON THE PICS So I reserved 2 rooms which were SUPPOSE to be next to each other but weren't and the first room was HORRIBLE the carpets were wet from water leaking from some where sheets had not been changed there was hair and al kids of stuff on the sheets when we pulled the covers back so they changed the room. Checked the other room and the lights were real dem nothing major was really wrong with this room but both rooms really had a odor but I really couldn't make out the odor.... There where roaches in my room and the front desk didn’t care or do anything about it. Also very rude saying they don’t offer incentives for that issue.

Our large family needed a hotel due to a water leak in our home. We reserved 2 rooms next to each other. While I unpacked groceries, my husband opened the nightstand drawer and found a used drug straw, roll of aluminum foil, zippo lighter, misc cords, and scratch off tickets. Looking deeper in the room we found rat droppings on top of the fridge, dirt and white powder in the drawers and dead roaches under the sink.
