Room was a total mess bathroom was dirty & the refrigerator was filthy bed full of bugs !! Very unprofessional

This is my first time to meet this stupid situation. I drove from SC to FL for the Christmas holiday (7 hour driving). When I arrived, the front desk lady told me that she had no room available since there was something happened today and they had to switch another guests to a new room. It was not her responsibility since she just came in for 30 minutes today. This is the really strange situation from this hotel. The hotel is echo friendly. Looks good from the outside. Carpet is soggy

Don't stay here it's dirty and staff doesn't care. This hotel is terrible and dirty. My bathroom had not been cleaned b4 I checked in: Toliet had mold, bathtub had old dirty soap left, countertops/sink were not clean. No toliet paper at all...had to go to front desk...they gave us one roll. I left my contact information for Mgr to call me...Charley has not called.

They need to clean the bathtub The smell of weed would knock you down. Then got to the room and used soap and hair was left on the bath tub which in return tells me the bath tub wasn’t cleaned after the last use. Bathroom sing was also clogged up very bad

I wish I could give them 0 stars because my first room the fridge was leaking. And the second room smelled like a cigarette factory even though I requested a nonsmoking room. When I went to change the room they told me I had to wait until 3. To get another room. I had just got of work and I was tired so checked out. I’m still waiting to talk to someone from Expedia for my refund.

so so for an extended stay hotel I paid for a non smoking room and the room reeked of smoke, the floors were tacky (my sneakers stuck to the floor), it appeared they just did a quick wipe of the furniture because everything had streaks on it. Then on top of all this, I look out my window and there are workers peeing in the parking lot in between cars. I was so tired from driving I just took a quick shower and went to bed. Won't be stopping at Extended Stay America again.

The room had not been cleaned. Trash cans fun, dresser full of clothes, a random flip flop and brush, no soap, no toilet paper, Dirty table/counter tops. Not sure how this met any kind of housekeeping standard.
