The room i was given had a horrible odor, it was dirty, bed sheets not changed, bathroom was not cleaned, Tub and sink was dirty. The front desk attendant was very nice, and gave me another room. That room was pretty the same, i just got through the night. I will not be staying there again

The hotel which was extended stay America closed their lobby at midnight and would not check me in, no support phone or personal available . Called hotels.com and they would not place me in another hotel, left helpless at 1.30am , exhausted from travel with no room to stay.

No room at the Inn I showed up a little before midnight and the office was closed with a sign that said they hotel was overbooked and there were no more rooms, and that if you had a reservation, you should call your booking company for a refund.
