Due to staff shortages, the front desk was also housekeeping. Needless to say, the property was not cleaned regularly. The keys to the room regularly malfunction and have to be reprogrammed. This cause an inconvenience when tired and just want to shower and rest. We had to wait for someone to appear.

Hotel cancelled my late arrival reservation they argued expedia overbooked - I received no call and had to go looking for a place to stay for that night, I should have notice from hotel or expedia they were cancelling - worst ever!! I travel a lot and it is the first time something like that happening to me ever

It was supposed to be a non smoking room but you could smell smoke.

The room was in the worst condition I’ve experienced in my 54 years on this planet. The staff was inexperienced. I couldn’t stay and requested a refund for which Expedia did process. Highly recommend this hotel completely renovate from ground up.

Location is great. Checking in was disappointing. First thing out of the check in person’s mouth was they were full and overbooked and they didn’t have a room. Then she checked with her manager and finally asked for my name!!!!! Looked me up in her computer and found a room for me. Not a clean place and the room was looking pretty used!! Well worn, but clean. Smelled like a smoking room even though it said non- smoking
