This property is completely rundown. Had we arrived earlier in the day, we would never had stayed. But we showed up after midnight and didn’t have any other options.

Roach motel Had to find a place to stay on short notice with my son. The room was literally a roach motel, stains everywhere, toilet did not flush, carpet dirty. It was disgusting. Over priced.

The place was horribly dirty. It had garbage in the waste cans from prior guests, the floors were filthy and had not been vacuumed with french fries, leaves and dirt everywhere. The refrigerator was disgusting with mold and rust.

We just left a Airbnb that was dirty and in a bad neighborhood. We found this place a few miles away on Expedia. We checked in late received our room.We immediately noticed the condition of the property, hallway, elevator, lack of trash pick up, how filthy our room was. Gross!! This was my 1st stay at Extended Stay. I usually read reviews before making reservations, but this time I didn't. Huge mistake!! I checked-in around 5 pm, the front desk staff had to check if there was a room ready for me. She found 1 & gave me the room key. On our way to our room, I noticed some empty beer bottles all over the ground. Some areas smelled like urine & beer. Our beds looked clean. Our bathroom, on the other hand, was gross. Avoid at all costs This is a dingy motel. The room was dirty and covered in stains. People were drinking till all hours in the parking lot just outside my room, and I did not feel safe or comfortable. I barely slept at all. I will never stay with this hotel chain again.

The room had hair on the toilet and sink. The floor was wet and the room smelled. There were beer bottles all over and the property smelled horrible.
