My room smelled like smoke and was hard to sleep in :(

Not satisfactory I stay at extended stay often and have found my last visits well under par and have decided they are going to far downhill to stay there anymore. In a time that sanitizing is so important, my room cleanliness was questionable and a dirty washcloth was hanging over shower curtain. Just pulling curtain back made it drop,....so did the cleaning cleaning crew even pull back the curtain? The shower head is horrible with hard water stains crusted in it. The room was filthy, especially the frig, toilet and the microwave looked as tho it had caught fire recently. They advertise a full kitchen, however there were no pans, utensils, etc available

The hotel is a disaster We got there by 1230am, i amde the reservation thru hotels com and they never found the reservation. Even showing them my confirmation number. I needed to make a new reservation. I requested a late check out when we were checking in and it was granted until 12pm. At 11am they were knocking at the door saying the check out was at 11am, and we needed to leave at 1130am even after I explained we talked with front desk abut the late check out. Hallways were sooo dirty, inside the room it was dirty, I felt disgusted and even showered with my flip flops on.

Nasty, mostly and manager was not courteous nor did he have any customer service skills.

I didn’t like this hotel due to lack of cleanliness and no house keeping during my stay.
