Not a safe place to stay! Beware! Our direct experience (which we shared with the front office before checking out a day early) was the environment was not safe and condition not as advertised. We feared for our safety as other residents tried to ‘help’ us with our luggage when we didn’t ask or want them to. They now knew our rooms and made sure we knew it. The check in clerks informed us all elevators were broke, and they hoped to have them fixed before the weekend was over. The quality of the rooms was not what you expect ... read more

Room was old and filthy. Upon entering, the smoke detector was on the kitchen counter , the clock and lamp were not plugged in ; bed skirt was stained with some unknown substance. Sheets and blankets were poor quality; soap was like plastic- it would not lather Just terrible

The location was nice being so close to the interstate. The room was not in great shape. The kitchenette was disgusting and badly needs to be replaced. The bathroom was in bad shape and wasnt even really that clean. There was hair and soap grime in the shower. The lamps over the beds were broken. We were there for a football game weekend and the prices were absolutely ridiculous especially for the quality of the room and hotel. Eh OK - I would not go back We stayed there for a football 🏈 game. Check in is 3pm. We arrived at 2:15 and they refused to check us in because we were early -- hotel policy. So we drove to a Publix to change clothes in a bathroom. When we checked in there was a turd in the toilet, the sink handle fell off in the bathroom and the fridge was leaking water on the floor. Beds were ok and it was quiet.

Dirty place, they did not clean the room and did not make the bed or change the towels. No enough toilet paper in room I will never reserve in this hotel again.

We travelled to Gainesville for a Gator game, we booked last minute and the hotel was extremely disappointing. The cleanliness of the rooms was terrible, the first room we were placed in had wet carpet, smelled like a dog, all of the lamps were not plugged in (and the phone was not connected) not sure if there was flood in the room or something. Not what i expected for the money. My room had a moldy smell and room did not feel clean or fresh.

no services, no coffee, no ice, no extra pillows or blankets. no pool. nothing.
