Place is a mess. Smells awful. Non smoking room smells like smoke. Very dirty. Grounds not maintained. No amenities in the rooms and no maid service.

Place Needed updating carpets was stained not a friendly check in but check out was much nicer tub was dirty but kitchen was nice and clean finding the place from exit was difficult

Roaches alive and dead all over.....
Toilet flush was very slow almost overflowing. And a bad a/c smell of cigarette smoke. Staff asked us to reset a/c and to use a plunger, on the toilet. We had 1 hour in the room and it was requested another room ,all booked up so we relocated to another hotel.

First time, last time stay This particular Extend Stay is very dated. It needs a complete overhaul in my opinion. It was clean but no amenities left in the kitchen area and when we went to ask for some plates and silverware the young man that worked there told us to come back in about 15 mins. He might have been new but he should have been able to get those to us at that time. Thank goodness we were only there for one night. We rented two rooms for one evening. We had some issues on check-in where 1 of the 2 rooms was dirty with no linen on the bed. We were given another room, a process which took 30 minutes and which then divided our group to separate sides of the hotel. In and of itself that is not awful...however what was awful: One of our two rooms had cockroaches....with one on the wall...one in the bathroom...and in the middle of the night...one crawled across us on the bed...! The room had a large roach. The bathroom had black spots along the calk. I stayed one night and didn’t stay the other five nights. They charged a second night. I was disappointed in the hotel and orbitz on how they handled it.
