First room had bugs crawling on the bed, had to switch rooms. Pillows were worn out, bed was hard. Bathroom was so small that if you went in and sat on toilet you could not close the door, you have to go in and stand between the toilet and counter to shut the door. Fan in bathroom was ridiculously loud.

will never book here again the hotel room was very dirty. The main surfaces were clean but the front of fridge walls and linens were dirty. One bed the mattress cover was stained all over it and covered up with an additional blanket between the cover and the fitted sheet. It was very gross! I have stayed at many extended stay Americas before and this was by far the worst. $130 a night no coffee in room no breakfast (which I know they don't do) but usually Extended stays are like $75 a night not $130.

Bare bones hotel. No real amenities. No housekeeping. No lobby. No manager on duty after hours to help with the condition of the room. It was filthy. The bedding was dirty and there was dust piled on everything. There were multiple bugs in my room and 3 cockroaches killed in my 36 hour stay. The open air walkways/hallways were incredibly loud. People were lined up across the parking lot to check in. I’ll never stay here again.

Likes- nothing Dislikes- everything ***PLEASE READ*** We booked this “extended stay” hotel room as it was the only room left in Gainesville,we were lucky to get it. We drove 5 hrs that day to see Garth Brooks, got to the hotel at 2:30. After checking in the room to find hair left on the bathroom and kitchenette vanities I then stepped on a pile of toenails in the floor in front of the night stand. Have to say I travel for work weekly and this is the bottom of the barrel.

Paid for a room with two beds. Made reservations two weeks in advance of trip. Upon arrival told by desk staff that they overbooked and only a room with one double but would provide rollaway bed. Not what I paid for and didn't offer any credit for inconvenience. Picture on website not how it appears in person either. Free breakfast, but ridiculous. Live and learn because I wouldn't stay there again.
