Breakfast was a joke. Muffins and granola bars. Luke warm coffee

We booked the room on hotels.com and when we got to the hotel nobody was there to let us in after our long drive so we did not end up staying at the hotel because there was no one to let us in and the hotel will not refund us I would not recommend staying here because they don’t have guest services in the lobby

there was a bathroom leak evident upon arrival. an occupant was outside shirtless (55°, night) with music blaring. The "breakfast" was coffee & something little. Not breakfast as advertised.

Never again! I would not stay at this hotel again. It is old and needs help. I had to plunge the bathroom sink so the water would go down.The elevator inspection notice was dated 8/2018, my stay was 12/2018, that didn't make me feel warm and fuzzy since I was on the 3rd floor. Breakfast was a joke. I am now staying at Home 2 Suites for $25.00 more and it is 25 stars above Extended stay and the breakfast is out of this world, and the elevator is up to date!!!!!!!!I guess it's true, you get what you pay for.

I have never been in a hotel as disgusting as this one. Where there is a plunger next to the toilet, for the obvious reason that it overflows when using it! Where there was a huge water leak on floor not knowing from where. Rust all over fridge and spider webs coming from light. Dirty. Ac falling apart. Outside door not sealing so all the noise from outside is heard, as if we were sleeping on the street. Stay away from this place. Gross!!

Good location right off of I-75, restaurants at walking distance and retail stores.

The room was spacious however, very impractical if you have dogs and need to stay on a higher floor since there are no elevators. I either had to carry them or had them struggle up and down the stairs. The hotel had some shady characters roaming the area and there is one tiny patch of grass for dogs to use the bathroom. It was littered with bottles as well. The bathroom was dingy but overall, the room functioned for a night's stay. If you have pets, I would definitely stay away.

Terrible Terrible hotel. There are so many in the area to choose from so don't go here. There is no bathroom in the "lobby", no vending or ice machines, the room smelled like mildew, and the air conditioner barely worked. At 2 am we found roaches crawling on the walls and counter. No other rooms were available so we packed and left. They did promise to refund my money. This was my first experience with Extended Stay and my last.

The room smelled awful. Like bad ammonia. They A/C didn’t work very well at all!!
