Was in town due to a family emergency. All hotels were booked. We got the last room at this hotel. I booked a queen bed and was given 2 full beds. The room was so small and awkward. The bathroom was like a box. We asked for a late check out, which was only until 11:30 and housekeeping let themselves in to our room as we were still in bed. I will not be going back to this hotel.

Disappointed My room was taken I arrived since had to wait for them to find me another room. They couldn't give me a queen like I reserved instead got placed Into a room with two fulls. After that i got to the room there were bugs on the counters in the bathroom and kitchen. The internet I was charged 4 times for got three reversed but what said 2.5 times faster internet with the upgrade was actually slower than the free wifi.

The breakfast was terrible. There were ants in the room. The air conditioner kept turning on and off and did not cool like hotel a/c's usually cool. The walls were so thin that I kept hearing the music from the room next door. No ice bucket provided. Had a kitchen but if you wanted a utensil, you had to go to the office. Not convenient at all. Would never stay there again.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Good location because there are lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Also close to UF campus. However, the hotel was disappointing. The room smelled bad & needs to be renovated. There were many guests going in and out so it was noisy.

Strong odor When I checked in rom door was left open for anyone to enter . The room had a strong piss odor and then very bad chemical smell trying to cover it up I believe . Was over powering ! Would not move me to another room . Had to sleep there for the night because it was almost midnight couldn’t find another room anywhere . Had a headache for a day after .

Disappointing Very disappointing, overall condition, no remote for tv, no ice maker and coffee & granola bars are not breakfast.

Horrible Check-In and Unsafe Property Arrived at 1 am but office closed. Used phone on wall. Night auditor came to door but said I had to wait 30 mins because she (Patsy) was in the middle of her work and couldn’t check me in. I had to call Expedia and get them to fax pre-paid reservation before she would do anything. Patsy said they didn’t have a 24 hr desk because mngt wanted to save money and they had been robbed before. Like other extended-stay hotels, property was dirty with beer cans and cigs all around. 安くてシャワー浴びて寝るだけのホテル探し タイトル通りのホテル。目的にはあっていた。扉が外にあるタイプ。 部屋の案内表示が乏しい。見つけるのにかなり時間がかかった。wifiも未設定で後で知らせると言って何も無く。布団カバーも汚れが落ちていない。 部屋は広い。風呂周りは比較的綺麗。シャワー圧微妙。冷蔵庫大きい。

My stay was not pleasant the beds that were not comfortable and check in took a very long time.
