After a long day of travel we get to the hotel and find out they have NO ICE MACHINES I will never stay at an Extended Stay America again

This is an older property that needs a makeover. I had to change rooms twice because the smoke smell was so bad even though it’s supposably a non smoking property. The lady at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. My stay was ok but I will not be returning.

This is just an old place I guess. Room smelled musty, refrigerator in room made noise all night. Tub wouldn't drain during my shower. Discovered it was due to hair, and funk in the drain. Just like I said, overall just an old not well maintained facility.

They full of it was giving out dirty room and when asked them to move my family to another room they call the police and kicked us out

the room was not clean and they never came during my stay to clean the room. I left for the day and came back to a dirty room. towels weren't replaced, bed wasn't made but it was too late upon my return to call for housekeeping. I didn't like staying in a hotel that wasn't clean.

The smell in the room was pretty bad. Won’t stay next time.
