My wife and daughters were traveling Il to Florida. They checked in. Didn’t feel safe enough to stay and left during the night drove to Tampa to stay.

No hot water, front desk very rude The young lady who checked me in never greeted me, almost seemed like I was bothering her, she was very rude with real bad attitude. The worst front desk person I've ever seen. The night shift lady was nice. There was NO HOT WATER! I had to take cold shower I had never experienced this at any hotel. And no hair dryer! I had to go get one at front desk. I will never recommend or stay at any extended stay America again!

Never Again not a good choice. bugs in the room, dirt floors dirt counters. the outside of the hotel is disgusting

TERRIBLE When we checked int he young lady was extremely rude and not helpful at all. No smile, no welcome...just rude. The room smelled awful when we opened the door. The sheets were dirty, there was dust all over and the bathroom was disgusting. We had to leave because it was so bad. NEVER ever again.

Dirty and unsafe The walkways and stairways were filthy. Broken beer bottles and trash. A fight broke out just a few doors down from us. Will never stay there again!

Don't Stay There! We reserved two rooms and didn't stay the night in either. As soon as we walked in, we found dead cockroaches on the vanity and several live ones in the kitchen area. I almost got bit by a large wood spider when turning on the lamp. There were wet, moldy washcloths left in the shower from the previous occupant. We decided to drive back home to Tampa rather than spend the night in those rooms
