Just.bad experience for the price paid

Warning - Scammers The biggest issue was fraud. I booked my stay on hotels.com (this was my second and last stay here) noting I had pets. When I checked in, they surprised me with a $28-a-day pet charge! This didn't happen before and wasn't mentioned on the website. I was given a statement of "This is our policy". Had I know that, I would have booked a better hotel. I have no problems paying my way, but I will not tolerate being cheated. Be aware!

One Room reeked of terrible odor. Another had live roaches and other living things crawling around. people arguing immediately outside our door late into the night. Stay at other Extended Stay properties, never saw conditions this bad.

The carpet in the room was absolutely disgusting there was big hairballs in the shower and it sounded like I had a marching band in the room all day and all night I did not sleep for two days while I was there and I will never stay there again

This hotel was dirty there was black mold is the restroom. Office was always closed, keys always didn’t work and office was close so I always had to wait .

Dirty The carpet is disgusting Very filthy I had to put blanket on the floor to walk on I could the dirt on my feet after walking on the carpet I have stayed in some pretty low end motels but never in one that had no ice !!! Ridiculous And no blow dryer !! Also ridiculous. You think people would rather iron their clothes than blow dry their hair?? Really !! Also did not feel safe walking to my car a night past groups of men smoking I am single middle ge women Was very disappointed in the stay. Left 3 days early
