Not a great place to stay. Not a good place to stay. The people at the front tell you stuff and then they do the opposite of what they say. They charge way to much for pets. You dont get you deposit back after you check out.

Will not stay there ever again the worst place. I will not stay again at extended stay america . I was locked out of my room 6 times over a three week period. I didnt care for the way i was treated. I was charged a 100.00 deposit and 180.00 for a pet per week along with the cost of the room. I checked out and i was not refunded my 100.00 deposit that they said i would get back after i checked out.

It makes me sad that people live here. It was disgusting. The woman at the front desk was super friendly, she even showed me how to fix the toilet in my room. 🙃

Pest control needed, bathroom toilet runs continuously. No one at desk to help you check out in the mornings

Room smells. Dirty linens, carpet old and stained. Toilet dirty, fridge rust on doors. Tv not working.

We found a dirty cloth in the kitchen that was wet and didn't smell good and the bathroom was dirty.

There was no stay since Hotels.com reservation was not received by the ESAS facility which was fully booked so I had to look for another hotel in a fully booked town for an event and ended up paying 2.5 times more due to the Hotels.com reservation not working. I have been reimbursed the money in a timely manner but those were insufficient to cover my stay.
