Room was very dirty. Gum and liquid stains on floor, painting issues on walls, toilet not properly sealed to floor, TV didn't work, damage to furniture, etc

Highly out dated - rusted stove and fridge - non smoking room but smells - took me 45 minutes to check in due to computer problems. Probably would not stay here again- bed feels comfy so we will see if that helps

Never again. My room was unclean and in terrible condition. Some lights and outlets were not working. The stairs and walkways to my second floor room were dirty. The common areas were unkept. There were people "hanging out" in the walkways until very early a.m. hours. Although I had no actual safety issues, I felt unsafe. And I never feel that way. First room was filled with smoke and the second room we got had BUGS! The place was a mess, from the dirty fridge, to the smell and even bugs in the bed we couldn’t stay. The staff was very sweet, which is the only positive.

Nasty Workers In Office The workers in the office were very nasty. I pay my room bi weekly or weekly. When i couldnt pay and needed a few hours to get my stuff. They put my things at the back door and told me thst they were going tinthrow it in the trash if i didnt hurry up. Im paying alot of money for my room. My room is paid for the week or two through my job. The eorjers are very nasty and mistreat me whenever i go to the office.

@ 10:11, staff said housekeeping once then attempted to open my door without waiting for a response. Check out is 11. I could have been naked, etc. The security lock was in place. The explanation given was sometimes ppl check out early. Where is the communication with the front desk?! If I haven’t checked out, there’s no valid reason to enter my room.
