Room was not ready by check-in. When I returned, computer system was down no check-in was possible. I travelled from Colorado and needed to get ready for an event. Staff did not know when computers would be up. Returned again, no staff in office. Left and stayed at a place with reliable computers.

Absolutely do not recommend! We arrived right at 3pm for check in. They had no rooms cleaned or even started cleaning. Another customer and us had to wait 30min extra for a room. Once we got checked in ther elevator smelled horribly like urine, ground was filthy. We got in our room and it was worse. Two lights did not work, toliet did not work even after we had maintenance fix it the first time and also noticed shower curtian rod was broken. They advertise as nonsmoking rooms. My room REEKS of cigarettes. I called down and the front desk guy said they pretty much all smell this way and they're full so there isn't another room to offer me. It is TERRIBLE!! I've never smelled a room this strong of cigarettes.
