Clean hotel close to shopping Staff very helpful. Asked if we could check in to one of our rooms early because one of our party worked overnight. She checked with housekeeping -allowed us to check in.

Not what expected I've stayed at other extended stay hotels and found this one to be below par It has been awhile but hope it wasn't a chain wide change All amenities were on request only Typically rooms have a coffee maker and drinking cups at minimum. These were on request. Water was warm so probably wouldn't want to drink it in a cup anyways. Staff was ok. Paid discounted rate, good value for money There were a few negatives. The hallway on the second floor smelled of smoke. Not a big enough selection for breakfast and no fitness room. Positives, room was clean, the kitchen area was a plus and the hotel was in a good location
