I used to work at ESA when it first was built. Fast forward 20 plus years later the rooms look like there has not been one upgrade since then.

Tiny TV, queen bed was smaller than full size, smoke detector was disabled, hallways smelled, bathroom was missing blow dryer... Never staying there again.

Breakfast - cereal only with cold water. They were out of toilet paper for the whole hotel.

Dirty room and no blanket in room No blanket was provided. By the time I retaliate we didn’t have blanket in our room the front office was closed. GM was filling in a friendly guy. He said even he didn’t have blanket in the room. Towels had hair all over. It was really dusty all over the bed and rooms. Please clean and vacuum.
