Not a very good place to stay! Was not pleased with my stay here at all very poor quality!

Terrible experience Unfortunately I had terrible experience in this hotel. Door lock in room was not working. Maintenance was unable to fix it. I was offered room , with 1 bed and I needed 2 , on the opposite side of hotel to keep my belongings when I was out. Since I was in and out of hotel multiple times during my 3 days stay, it was very enoying to move bags back and forth between rooms. terrible hotel bed was super uncomfortable, washroom wasn't cleaned, hair and used Q-Tips in counter and in the shower

Won't be going back there again...ever. Needed someone to open the lobby door to let me past locked door...attendant acted like he was doing me a favor...and came to open door in his PJ's. Hotels.com charged me about $300. for our stay...knowing we had pets. The Hotel charged me another $100. when we got there.

Staff was nice but not great and the beds were not comfortable and the rooms were not very clean.

Worst....experience.... ever Well, not much to write about. I paid for my hotel in advanced. Went out of my way to get there. Upon my arrival the man asked me my name. Simply responded with "I'm sorry we have no room available for you". I told him I had already prepaid. He told me to contact Expedia and request a refund. The worst part about that experience wasn't that someone screwed up and overbooked. They were in the middle of some construction, and simply weren't renting out anymore rooms at that hotel. Would never go here again. The hotel room was dirty and reeked of smoke (even though it was non-smoking). The breakfast was not continental and the location wasn't easy access to major expressways.

Very disappointed! I waited over 30 min at the front desk to check out. There was a not saying they would return shortly. I went to the break room and found 4 people sitting , only one spoke English . Nobody was able to find a person to check me out. I walked around the hotel , called on the help phone and finally the attendant returned . Then she told me that I couldn't pay in cash and that they couldn't give me a receipt. I would like a receipt please. All in all I was very frustrated! And unhappy with my experience.

Stay somewhere else Room was clean. Supposed to be a 3 star hotel. But no coffee maker or blow dryer. Was supposed to be non-smoking, people next door were smoking cigarettes and weed, we complained about it. Nothing was done about it. The continental breakfast was just coffee, nothing else. Very disappointing for the money we paid.
