The sheets were dirty. The floor in the bathroom had a huge hair ball.

After traveling all day I arrived to find the hotel overbooked. They did nothing for me. They didn’t help me find another hotel. They made me feel like it was my fault I arrived late. I thought that is why you made a reservation.

Immediately upon entering, the smell of mildew was overwhelming. “On the go breakfast” was oatmeal or granola bar. Walls must be paper thin, I could hear every step from the room above and voices (Including screaming children) from the rooms beside.

The service is horrible, no one is at the front desk to assist you throughout the day and the fact that I was over charged when I left! Very upset with my stay

We arrived after a 14 road trip and were exhausted. We got settled and my husband used the bathroom only to find dried urine and hair on the toilet. He told the clerk about the issue the night we checked in. The next morning we decided to check out early and move to a different hotel. I asked the clerk for a receipt upon check out and asked the clerk if I was only charged for one night because the receipt had no dollar amount on it. She said yes. There was a urine in a garbage can. We told the front desk and only to replace it with a new garbage can.

The worst hotel i've ever stayed in. We only stayed here because we needed a kitchen to cook in. We were told there were dishes pots pans ect in the room but when we got there there was nothing in the kitchen, we had to go ask for everything & they said maybe we would get them maybe not because alot of people asked for them.
