Clipped toe nails on the floor, sink and bathroom mirror dirty. Room felt very dirty. First time I haven't left a tip in room. Lots of signs about safety issues. Will NEVER stay here again. I MIGHT try another Stay America.

Heavy tobacco smoke smell to the room despite the hotel being listed as non-smoking. Breakfast was referred to as “Grab and Go”- pre-packaged items.

Just overall not an enjoyable stay, probably would pay a little extra and go to the staybridge next time.

The property is dirty, I got off the elevator and the place smelled terrible. Empty the garbage cans once in a while? No bath towels in my room. Property is a nice building but management is failing badly, smelly, dirty, no one is paying attention. The check in person was great.

The facility and amenities sucked. I don’t plan to ever stay there again.

Hotel was very clean. There was lots of parking. Our check in took a long time to complete because the staff member needed to call the help desk to be walked thru what to do. The internet did not work and our calls to the front desk for assistance went unanswered. There was also no hot water in our room, so you could forget about showering. Also housekeeping came knocking on our door three times prior to 11 which is check out time to see if we had left yet.
