Not as nice as other extended stays Second trip staying here and both stays we have had different check in people and they do not know the computer system well and can not answer all our questions. Better training is needed. The shower was bad, low pressure this time. Beds are clean. Extended stays are usually better kept up, this one is getting run down.

New and clean. Comfy beds, nice clean rooms. Only thing it needs is a hot tub

Not recommended for a family Expensive for what it offers. Staff was not that friendly. I admit it is a very clean hotel. Breakfast was not a breakfast. The only had coffe and tea, muffins and when we asked for toppings for the oatmeal they told us no” they do not offer anything else” I do not recommended this place for a family.

Nice hotel Good value for a quick stay. It is pet friendly and there was lots of pet hair in the blanket on the bed which I found distasteful.

Pleasantly surprised The toilet needed flushed when we got there, but other than that this property was a very pleasant surprise. I say that because 2 years ago we stayed at one of this property chain in Federal Way, WA and it was horrible - dirty, unsafe, unfriendly staff. The Great Falls property is very good and we will absolutely stay there again.
