Overall good for the money. Very helpful desk staff even helped me shift my luggage. My first assigned room was not serviced (No Bedding) so I had to be switched to another room. Wi-Fi was a frustration, involving several time-consuming several phone calls to get working. 'Breakfast' is pretty notional but the coffee was okay. No dishes or utensils in the kitchenette. Bath/Shower drain was slow to draw. Cleaning and maintenance may need closer attention. Bed was comfy and location was quiet. Overall, good for the money. I ap... read more

Nothing to write home about. Breakfast is lame. Employees do only the bare minium in customer service.

Extended Stay Great Falls I was little leery because I had never used Extended Stay before. Wasn't sure if it was worth the extra money. However, it turned out I was happy I had the extra conveniences such as fridge, microwave, and dishes.
